Staying at the Parador De Sto. Domingo Bernardo De Fresneda was a treat. The historical charm of the building left me in awe. My room had beautiful furnishings and was very clean. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring local delicacies that started my day off right. Parking was abundant and free, which made my arrival stress-free. However, there were some downsides. The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm, and I wished for coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. The staff at the reception were not very welcoming, which felt out of place in such a beautiful hotel. Also, the room lacked certain amenities that I expected for the price. Still, the ambiance and decor truly wowed me.

I was captivated by the stunning historic architecture of the hotel, a former Franciscan monastery that preserves its original features beautifully.
